Who sets the price of my items?
YOU! You set the price on all items you post. Outdoor Exchange will not modify the price you set in any way.
When will my items show up on the websites?
Immediately! Your items will be live and available to order as soon as you add them.
Can I edit my item after it's been posted
Yes. You can login to your Consignor Dashboard any time and edit your items. You can edit images, description and price
How much do I get paid?
You will receive 85% of the total sales price of the item. Payments will be sent to your PayPal account.
Is PayPal required?
Yes. We require all consignors to have a PayPal account for receiving payments.
Who pays for shipping?
The consignor is responsible for covering the shipping fees. Remember to account for that in your product price. Outdoor Exchange only accepts orders from the continental US so you will never be asked to ship your items out of the country.
When do I get paid?
You will receive 85% of the item’s purchase price within two weeks after you completing your order and provide shipping/tracking information.
How do I mark an item as shipped
When your item sells, you will receive an email with a link to login to outdoor-exchange.com and mark the orders as fullfilled and provide shipping/tracking information. You will also see a notice on your Consignor Dashboard if you log into outdoor-exchange.com.
How will I know where to ship the item?
The buyer’s shipping address will be sent in your email notice when your item sells. You can also login to your Consignor Dashboard and view order details which will include the buyer’s shipping address
